Jedno od njih su ta\u0161krle (<em>njem. <\/em>tascherl) ta\u0161krli, ta\u0161ci &#8211; jastu\u010di\u0107i od tijesta punjeni pekmezom. Kod moje bake su se radile od krumpirova tijesta, a obavezno su bile punjene doma\u0107im pekmezom od \u0161ljiva. Skuhane i uba\u010dene u smjesu pope\u010denih kru\u0161nih mrvica s maslacem bile su pravo veselje na dje\u010djem\u00a0 jelovniku :).<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Za tijesto:<\/h4>\n<p>500 g krumpira<br \/>\n200 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n60 g maslaca<br \/>\n1 jaje<\/p>\n<h4>Za nadjev:<\/h4>\n<p>150 g pekmeza od \u0161ljiva<\/p>\n<h4>Za poslu\u017eivanje:<\/h4>\n<p>100 g maslaca<br \/>\n80 g kru\u0161nih mrvica<br \/>\n\u0161e\u0107er<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Krumpir operite i kuhajte u ljusci dok ne omek\u0161a. Ocijedite ga, vru\u0107eg ogulite i propasirajte kako bi u tijestu izbjegli vidljive komadi\u0107e krumpira. Prebacite ga na dasku i dok je jo\u0161 topli zamijesite tijesto uz dodatak bra\u0161na, omek\u0161alog maslaca i jaja.<\/p>\n<p>Na pobra\u0161njenoj povr\u0161ini tijesto razvaljajte valjkom na 0,5 cm debljine i no\u017eem izre\u017eite na ve\u0107e kvadrate (5&#215;5 cm). Na sredinu svakog kvadrata \u00bd \u017eli\u010dice pekmeza. Preklopite rubove i pobra\u0161njenom vilicom utisnite tijesto kako se ne bi razdvajalo.<\/p>\n<p>Stavite ih kuhati u slanu kipu\u0107u vodu oko 5 minuta odnosno dok jastu\u010di\u0107i ne isplivaju na povr\u0161inu vode.
