Naziv mu potje\u010de od tzv. pretepa (pritepa), smjesi vrhnja i bra\u0161na koji se dodajte kuhanom grahu. Poslu\u017euje se nasjeckanim lukom i mljevenom paprikom, a dodatno se mo\u017ee zakiseliti octom.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>500 g graha<br \/>\n1 \u017elica soli<br \/>\n1 list lovora<br \/>\n250 ml mlijeka<br \/>\npapar<\/p>\n<h4>Za pretep:<\/h4>\n<p>400 g kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\n50 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Grah namo\u010dite preko no\u0107i. Promijenite vodu i stavite ga kuhati. Kad grah zavrije, odlijte vodu i stavite novu. Posolite i dodajte list lovora.<\/p>\n<p>Kad je grah kuhan odlijte 250 ml vode i zamijenite je mlijekom. Dodajte papar i vratite na vatru. Kratko prokuhajte.<\/p>\n<p>Za pretep dobro pjenja\u010dom pomije\u0161ajte vrhnje i bra\u0161no da nema grudica. Ulijte ga u grah uz neprestano mije\u0161anje i kratko prokuhajte.<br \/>\n[\/two_third_last]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/strong><br \/>\nNa tradicionalan na\u010din se na \u017elici svinjske masti kratko pope\u010de \u017elica mljevene paprike i prelije preko juhe.
