Neizostavni su dio svih proslava, a njihova specifi\u010dnost je, \u0161to se za razliku od sarme, meso ne melje, ve\u0107 se sitno nako\u0161e, ne koristi se ri\u017ea, a dolaze i razli\u010dite vrste su\u0161enog mesa. Za\u010dini poput mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a, cimeta i klin\u010di\u0107a daju aramba\u0161i\u0107ima posebnu aromu.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1 kg krupno mljevenog june\u0107eg mesa od vrata<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica soli<br \/>\n\u00bc \u017eli\u010dice mljevenog papra<br \/>\n\u00bc \u017eli\u010dice mljevenog cimeta<br \/>\n\u00bc \u017eli\u010dice mljevenog mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a<br \/>\n\u00bc \u017eli\u010dice mljevenog klin\u010di\u0107a<br \/>\n1 limun<br \/>\n300 g kosti od pr\u0161uta<br \/>\n100 g sud\u017euka<br \/>\n100 g pancete<br \/>\n1,20 kg kiselog kupusa u glavici<br \/>\n1 kg narezanog kiselog kupusa<br \/>\n1 \u017elica koncentrata raj\u010dice<\/p>\n<h4>Za pe\u0161t:<\/h4>\n<p>200 g luka<br \/>\n4 \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka<br \/>\n150 g dimljene slanine<br \/>\n\u00bd vezice per\u0161ina<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Za pe\u0161t sitno nasjeckajte luk i per\u0161in. Dimljenu slaninu nare\u017eite na sitne kockice, a \u010de\u0161njak protisnite. Sve zajedno jo\u0161 dobro izmije\u0161ajte i dodatno usitnite no\u017eem. Dodajte mu za\u010dine i naribanu koricu limuna. Pe\u0161t dodajte junetini i sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte. Ostavite da pokriveno odle\u017ei u hladnjaku sat vremena.<br \/>\nOdvojite listove kupusa i stanjite im no\u017eem debeli kraj kako bi se listovi lak\u0161e savijali. Na svaki list stavite \u017elicu mesnog nadjeva i zarolajte aramba\u0161i\u0107e od debljeg kraja prema tanjem. Zatim prstom uvucite krajeve aramba\u0161i\u0107a kako se prilikom kuhanja ne bi rastvarali.<\/p>\n<p>Na dno lonca stavite kost pr\u0161uta i pokrijte ga dijelom narezanog kiselog kupusa. Stavite malo razrije\u0111eni koncentrat raj\u010dice, a onda rasporedite aramba\u0161i\u0107e. Rasporedite malo sud\u017euka i pancete. Zatim postupak ponovite dok ne potro\u0161ite sastojke. Zavr\u0161ite narezanim kupusom i prelijte vodom do visine kiselog kupusa.
