Uz mrkvu i puno doma\u0107ih rezanaca bila je okrjepa i priprema za bogat jelovnik nakon nje. U pravilu su se stavljale u nju iznutrice (prema onome \u0161to je tko volio &#8211; moji su bili \u017eeluci :)), a konkretni komadi koko\u0161i su dolazili nakon juhe u kombinaciji s umakom od hrena ili raj\u010dice.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1 koko\u0161<br \/>\n100 g mrkve<br \/>\n100 g korijena per\u0161ina<br \/>\n80 g korijena celera<br \/>\n1 vezica per\u0161in lista<br \/>\n1 manji luk<br \/>\nnekoliko zrna papra<br \/>\n2 \u017elice soli<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>U duboki lonac stavite o\u010di\u0161\u0107enu i opranu koko\u0161 zajedno s o\u010di\u0161\u0107enim korjenastim povr\u0107em i pola vezice per\u0161ina. Na tavi, bez masno\u0107e, popecite luk u ljusci, narezan na \u010detvrtine, sa svih strana. Stavite ga u lonac i prelijte sadr\u017eaj hladnom vodom. Dodajte papar i sol, pa stavite kuhati na laganu vatru oko 2 sata.<br \/>\nTijekom kuhanja \u017elicom skidajte pjenu.<\/p>\n<p>Kuhanu koko\u0161 izvadite iz juhe, a juhu procijedite. Stavite je ponovno na \u0161tednjak i kad zakipi ubacite <a href=\"\/?p=10652\">doma\u0107e rezance<\/a>.
