Izvorno ime joj je Pan di Spagna (\u0161panjolski kruh) i pretpostavka je da je u Dubrovnik stigao preko dubrova\u010dkih pomoraca. Namirnice za njega gotovo uvijek imate u kuhinji, a prilikom pripreme va\u017eno je da se u smjesu umije\u0161a dovoljno zraka kako bi biskvit na kraju bio mekan i spu\u017evast. Jedna od posebnosti u pripremi je i stavljanje kola\u010da u hladnu pe\u0107nicu i pe\u010denje na niskoj temperaturi du\u017ee vrijeme.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>5 jaja<br \/>\n180 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er (10 g)<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<br \/>\n240 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 pra\u0161ak za pecivo (12 g)<br \/>\n100 ml ulja<br \/>\n150 ml tople vode<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Elektri\u010dnom mije\u0161alicom pjenasto izmije\u0161ajte \u017eumanjke, \u0161e\u0107er, vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i malo soli oko 15-tak minuta. Prosijte bra\u0161no s pra\u0161kom za pecivo. Postepeno, uz neprestano mije\u0161anje, naizmjeni\u010dno dodavajte bra\u0161no s pra\u0161kom za pecivo, ulje i vodu.<\/p>\n<p>Od bjelanjaka umutite pjenasti snijeg. Dio snijega od bjelanjaka umije\u0161ajte u smjesu od \u017eumanjaka, a zatim nju umije\u0161ajte u preostali snijeg od bjelanjaka, uz lagano ru\u010dno mije\u0161anje.<\/p>\n<p>Prelijte smjesu u okrugli kalup (promjera 28 cm) bez da ste ga premazali masno\u0107om. Stavite ga u hladnu pe\u0107nicu koju ste uklju\u010dili na 150\u02daC.
