Poslu\u017euju se samostalno uz kruh koji se uma\u010de u umak od pe\u010denja \ud83d\ude42 ili uz prilog od pe\u010denog krumpira. Kotleti se mogu pripremati i tako da se lagano popeku u tavi i dalje nastave pripremati u pe\u0107nici s krumpirom. Sve zajedno se prelije umakom od pe\u010denja s \u010de\u0161njakom, a prije poslu\u017eivanja obilno posipa nasjeckanim per\u0161inom.\u00a0<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>6 svinjskih kotleta<br \/>\n(oko 800 g)<br \/>\nsol<br \/>\npapar<br \/>\n80 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n50 ml ulja<br \/>\n4 \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka<br \/>\npola vezice per\u0161ina<br \/>\n50 ml vode<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Kotlete potucite batom, posebno rubove. Posolite i poparite ih s obje strane. Jednu stranu kotleta uvaljajte u bra\u0161no i tom stranom ih stavite pe\u0107i u tavu na zagrijano ulje. Pecite ih 4-5 minuta sa svake strane.<\/p>\n<p>Kad su kotleti pe\u010deni, izvadite ih i stavite na topli tanjur, a umak prelijte s vodom i dodajte nasjeckani \u010de\u0161njak i per\u0161in.
