Svojom bojom i slatkasto-kiselim okusom izvrsne su u pripremi razli\u010ditih deserata. U Gorskom kotaru ona tradicionalno dolazi obu\u010dena u tanko tijesto, kao savija\u010da. Ku\u0161ajte je u poznatim izleti\u0161tima Gorskog kotara, ali i u svojem domu. <!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Za tijesto:<\/h4>\n<p>500 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<br \/>\n50 ml ulja<br \/>\n250 ml mlake vode<br \/>\nulje za premazivanje<\/p>\n<h4>Za nadjev:<\/h4>\n<p>1 kg borovnica<br \/>\n2 \u017elice ruma<br \/>\n100 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2 paketi\u0107a vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica mljevenog cimeta<br \/>\n100 g maslaca<br \/>\n100 g kru\u0161nih mrvica<\/p>\n<h4>Za posipavanje:<\/h4>\n<p>\u0161e\u0107er u prahu<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Prosijte bra\u0161no, dodajte sol, ulje i vodu. Elektri\u010dnom mije\u0161alicom mije\u0161ajte sastojke 15 minuta dok ne dobijete srednje \u010dvrsto tijesto. Od njega oblikujte dva kru\u0161\u010di\u0107a koja prema\u017eite uljem s obje strane, prekrijte ih plasti\u010dnom folijom i ostavite da odstoje oko 30 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Borovnice prelijte rumom i mje\u0161avinom \u0161e\u0107era, vanilin \u0161e\u0107era i cimeta. Lagano promije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n<p>Pobra\u0161nite stolnjak, stavite tijesto na sredinu i valjkom ga tanko razvaljajte. Po potrebi, prilikom valjanja dodatno pobra\u0161nite stolnjak. Prema\u017eite ga s 3 \u017elice ulja i ostavite ga da odstoji 10 minuta. Na laganoj vatri rastopite maslac.<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto dalje razvla\u010dite rukama (nadlanicama lagano povla\u010dite tijesto prema rubu stola). Odre\u017eite deblje rubove. Tijesto prelijte s nekoliko \u017elica maslaca. Rasporedite polovicu nadjeva na tre\u0107inu tijesta. Pospite ih s polovicom koli\u010dine kru\u0161nih mrvica i preklopite rub tijesta preko nadjeva. Zatim pomo\u0107u stolnjaka zarolajte tijesto kako biste dobili savija\u010du.<\/p>\n<p>Izjedna\u010dite debljinu savija\u010de, prepolovite je prema veli\u010dini tepsije, savijte rubove tijesta i prebacite ih na nama\u0161\u0107en pleh. Isti postupak ponovite i s drugim kru\u0161\u010di\u0107em tijesta.
