Ova u to\u010du od mrkve, maslina i bijelog vina, zaokru\u017eena aromama i mirisima mediteranskog za\u010dinskog bilja, dolazi s otoka Bra\u010da. Ukomponirana s prilogom od kuhanog krumpira cjelovit je obrok u duhu Mediterana.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>500 g janjetine od lopatice (bez kosti)<br \/>\n50 ml maslinova ulja<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica soli<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice papra<br \/>\n1 gran\u010dica ru\u017emarina<br \/>\n1 list lovora<br \/>\n100 ml bijelog vina<br \/>\n100 g mrkve<br \/>\n80 g crnih maslina (bez ko\u0161tica)<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica koncentrata raj\u010dice<br \/>\nli\u0161\u0107e per\u0161ina<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Janjetinu (1 kg s kostima) o\u010distite od kosti i opni. Od kostiju mo\u017eete pripremiti izvrsnu juhu ili temeljac. Nare\u017eite meso na manje komade i popecite na zagrijanom ulju da dobije boju. Dodajte ru\u017emarin, lovor, sol i papar. Prelijte bijelim vinom i pri\u010dekajte da alkohol ispari. Zatim zalijte s 500 ml tople vode i kuhajte 40 minuta na srednje jakoj temperaturi.<\/p>\n<p>Mrkvu ogulite i nare\u017eite na plo\u0161ke, dodajte jelu i kuhajte narednih 20 minuta. Zatim dodajte koncentrat raj\u010dice i masline, pa kuhajte jo\u0161 5 minuta. Prema potrebi, dodatno posolite i poparite.
