To\u010d od koko\u0161i, raj\u010dica i malvazije izvrsno pristaje uz istarsku tjesteninu, fu\u017ee, ili palentu, ovisno u kojem dijelu Istre se na\u0111ete.<br \/>\nOvaj obiteljski recept sam dobila od drage prijateljice Tamare \u010dija mama ga priprema godina, onako kako ona ka\u017ee, od oka. <!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1 koko\u0161<br \/>\nsol, papar<br \/>\n100 ml maslinovog ulja<br \/>\n2 glavice luka (300 g)<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica bra\u0161na<br \/>\n150 ml malvazije<br \/>\n400 g pelata<br \/>\n\u00bd vezice per\u0161ina<br \/>\nnekoliko listova bosiljka<br \/>\nnekoliko listova ma\u017eurana<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Koko\u0161 izre\u017eite na manje komade, posolite i poparite. Stavite ih na ulje i popecite s obje strane kako bi meso dobio boju. Izvadite ga i stavite na toplo mjesto.<\/p>\n<p>Na isto ulje dodajte sitno narezan luk. Kad luk uvene dodajte \u017eli\u010dicu bra\u0161na, i stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i nakon par minuta ulijte vino. Kad vino malo ishlapi, dodajte narezane pelate i vratite meso.<\/p>\n<p>Prelijte s vodom tako da meso bude prekriveno teku\u0107inom. Smanjite vatru i lagano kuhajte dok meso potpuno ne omek\u0161a.
