Tako je i slu\u010daj s Klezenbrotom, bo\u017ei\u0107nim vo\u0107nim kruhom, porijeklom iz Austrije. On se, u izmijenjenom sastavu, pripremao u slasti\u010darnicama grada Zagreba pro\u0161log stolje\u0107a. Danas ga je te\u0161ko prona\u0107i u ponudi slastica, a ovaj recept vrijedan je truda. Zamirisat \u0107e ujutro na va\u0161em bo\u017ei\u0107nom stolu sa \u0161alicom kave.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Za tijesto:<\/h4>\n<p>150 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n2 \u017eli\u010dice \u0161e\u0107era (20 g)<br \/>\n1 ravna \u017eli\u010dica suhog kvasca<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<br \/>\n1 limun<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n75 g maslaca<br \/>\n1 \u017elica tople vode<\/p>\n<h4>Za nadjev:<\/h4>\n<p>50 g nasjeckanih badema ili oraha<br \/>\n50 g sitno narezanih suhih \u0161ljiva<br \/>\n50 g sitno narezanih su\u0161enih marelica<br \/>\n50 g gro\u017e\u0111ica<br \/>\n2 \u017eli\u010dice glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n2 \u017eli\u010dice limunova soka<br \/>\n180 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n7 \u017eli\u010dica vode (60 g)<\/p>\n<h4>Za premazivanje:<\/h4>\n<p>1 jaje<br \/>\n1 \u017eumanjak<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>U zdjeli pomije\u0161ajte suhe sastojke (bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er, kvasac, sol). Dodajte naribanu koricu limuna, jaje, rastopljeni maslac i vodu pa zamijesite glatko tijesto elektri\u010dnom mije\u0161alicom ili rukom. Tijesto ostavite da odstoji pola sata.<\/p>\n<p>Za nadjev, pomije\u0161ajte su\u0161eno vo\u0107e i orahe s bra\u0161nom i limunovim sokom. U posudi zagrijte \u0161e\u0107er i vodu oko 15-tak minuta ili dok temperatura ne dostigne oko 105\u02daC.<\/p>\n<p>Na pobra\u0161njenoj podlozi, razvaljajte tijesto u \u010detvrtasti oblik debljine 3 mm. Prelijte \u0161e\u0107erni sirup preko smjese vo\u0107a i oraha te brzo promije\u0161ajte, jer se smjesa vrlo brzo stisne. Nadjev odmah prebacite na sredinu razvaljanog tijesta i oblikujte ga u valjak. Prvo preklopite gornje i donje dijelove tijesta preko nadjeva, pa onda i one sa strane kako bi dobili \u0161trucu. Okrenite rubove prema dolje i stavite je u kalup za kruh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>Povr\u0161inu tijesta prema\u017eite razmu\u0107enim jajem i \u017eumanjkom. Ostavite da se dobro osu\u0161i, pa je prema\u017eite jo\u0161 jednim slojem jaja.<\/p>\n<p>Za ukras utisnite po povr\u0161ini nekoliko polovica badema ili oraha.
