Ali svakako najbolje dojmove je ostavila pa\u0161teta od jelena s brusnicama i pistacijama. Trebate li bolju pozivnicu od ove?<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>400 g mesa od jelena<br \/>\n400 g luka<br \/>\n600 ml bijelog vina<br \/>\n6 \u017elica ulja<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice soli<br \/>\nnekoliko zrna klekovih bobica<br \/>\n240 g masnije slanine<br \/>\n80 g maslaca<\/p>\n<h4>Za poslu\u017eivanje:<\/h4>\n<p>su\u0161ene brusnice<br \/>\nneslane pistacije<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Jelenje meso nare\u017eite na kocke. Stavite ga u dublju posudu, preko njega rasporedite luk narezan na plo\u0161ke i prelijte s 300 ml bijelog vina. Ostavite na hladnom mjestu da se marinira preko no\u0107i uz povremeno okretanje.<\/p>\n<p>U \u0161iru i dublju posudu zagrijte 4 \u017elice ulja. Meso izvadite iz marinade i dobro popecite sa svih strana. Izvadite meso u zdjelu, a u posudu dodajte preostalo ulje i popecite luk. Posolite i dodajte klekove bobice.<\/p>\n<p>Dodajte slaninu narezanu na manje trake i meso, podlijte preostalim bijelim vinom i pirjajte na laganoj vatri oko 2 sata ili dok meso ne omek\u0161a. Prema potrebi, meso dodatno podijevajte vodom.<\/p>\n<p>Kad se malo ohladi usitnite u sjeckalici uz dodatak maslaca.
