Iz tog kraja potje\u010de i torta od heljdinog bra\u0161na sa zanimljvim preljevom od bijelog vina. &#8220;Pijana&#8221; torta omamit \u0107e samo va\u0161e okusne pupoljke, pa preporu\u010dujemo da ih svakako nagradite ovim jednostavnim i slasnim desertom koji poslu\u017eite s tu\u010denim slatkim vrhnjem. <!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>5 \u017eumanjaka<br \/>\n100 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\nribana korica limuna<br \/>\n5 bjelanjaka<br \/>\n150 g heljdinog bra\u0161na<br \/>\nmaslac za kalup<\/p>\n<h4>Preljev:<\/h4>\n<p>500 ml bijelog vina<br \/>\n200 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 cimet kora<br \/>\n2 klin\u010di\u0107a<br \/>\n1 vanilija \u0161tapi\u0107<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>\u017dumanjke i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izmije\u0161ajte. Dodajte naribanu koricu limuna i naizmjence heljdino bra\u0161no i snijeg od bjelanjaka.<\/p>\n<p>Smjesu ulijte u manji kalup za tortu (promjera 20-22 cm) namazan maslacem i oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje. Pecite na 180\u02daC oko 30 minuta. Izvadite je i ohladite.<\/p>\n<p>Vino skuhajte sa \u0161e\u0107erom i za\u010dinima na pari.
