This buckwheat cake with an interesting white wine topping also originates from this area. &#8220;Drunken&#8221; cake will intoxicate only your taste buds, so we recommend you definitely reward them with this simple and delicious dessert, served with whipped cream.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>5 yolks<br \/>\n100 g (3.5 oz) sugar<br \/>\ngrated lemon rind<br \/>\n5 egg-whites<br \/>\n150 g (5.3 oz) buckwheat flour<br \/>\nbutter for mould<\/p>\n<h4>Topping:<\/h4>\n<p>500 ml (17 fl oz) white wine<br \/>\n200 g (7 oz) sugar<br \/>\ncinnamon rind<br \/>\n2 cloves<br \/>\nvanilla stick<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/southernfood.about.com\/library\/info\/blconv.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Conversion Calculator for Cooking<\/a><br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Preparation<\/h4>\n<p>Mix the yolks and sugar until frothy. Add grated lemon rind and then interchange buckwheat flour and egg-whites.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the mixture into a smaller cake mould (20-22 cm\/9 in diameter), buttered and coated with baking paper. Bake at 180\u02daC (356\u02daF) for about 30 minutes. Remove and cool.<\/p>\n<p>Cook the wine with sugar and seasonings.
