Bon appetit!<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredients<\/h4>\n<p>1.5 kg (3.30 lb) lamb shoulder<br \/>\n50 ml (1.70 fl oz) oil<br \/>\n2 onions<br \/>\n150 g (5.30 oz) pancetta<br \/>\n300 g (10.6 oz) cooked white beans<br \/>\n3 bay leaves<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic<br \/>\n3 tablespoons tomato pur\u00e9e<br \/>\nsalt, pepper<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/southernfood.about.com\/library\/info\/blconv.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Conversion Calculator for Cooking<\/a><br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Preparation<\/h4>\n<p>Clean the meat from bones and cut in smaller pieces. Heat up the oil in a wider dish and fry the meat on all sides until brown.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the meat and on the same grease fry the chopped onion and cubed pancetta. Put the meat back, add beans, bay leaves, pressed garlic and tomato pur\u00e9e diluted in some water. Pour enough water for all of it to be covered.<\/p>\n<p>Continue to cook semicovered until the meat softens.
