Njegov neutralni okus omogu\u0107ava brojne kombinacije namirnica. Tako u ovom receptu iz priobalnog dijela Hrvatske kuni\u0107 se pirja na podlozi od slanine i korjenastog povr\u0107a izda\u0161no zalijevanog bijelim vinom. Poslu\u017eite ga uz kuhani krumpir, a okus mu zaokru\u017eite dodatkom svje\u017ee narezanog bosiljka.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1,4 kg kuni\u0107a<br \/>\nsol, papar<br \/>\n2 glavice luka<br \/>\n200 g dimljene slanine<br \/>\n3 mrkve<br \/>\n1 per\u0161in korijen<br \/>\n100 ml ulja<br \/>\n2 \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka<br \/>\nper\u0161inov list<br \/>\n500 ml bijelog vina<br \/>\nmu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107<br \/>\nbosiljak<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Kuni\u0107a nare\u017eite na manje komade, posolite i popaprite. Luk i slaninu nare\u017eite na kockice. Mrkvu i per\u0161in ogulite i sitno naribajte.<\/p>\n<p>U dubljoj posudi na zagrijanom ulju popecite komade mesa sa svih strana, pa ih izvadite na tanjur. Na istoj masno\u0107i popecite luk i slaninu. Zatim dodajte sitno naribanu mrkvu i per\u0161in, protisnuti \u010de\u0161njak i sitno nasjeckan list per\u0161ina. Zalijte s polovicom koli\u010dine vina i kratko prokuhajte.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim vratite meso pa prelijte ostatkom vina i oko 300 ml tople vode.
