U ovoj proljetnoj varijanti dodaje se mlado povr\u0107e &#8211; gra\u0161ak, blitvu i komora\u010d. Pe\u0161t \u0107e ugustiti juhu, a dobiva se tako da se sitno nasjeckana slanina, \u010de\u0161njak i per\u0161in usitne u pastu i dodaju na po\u010detku kuhanja kako bi se slanina dobro raskuhala. Izvrsna okrjepa uz doma\u0107i kruh, a okusi \u0107e se bolje pro\u017eeti ukoliko je pripremite dan ranije.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>100 g graha<br \/>\n350 g su\u0161enog june\u0107eg jezika<br \/>\n120 g suhe slanine<br \/>\n2 \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka<br \/>\n1 vezica per\u0161ina<br \/>\nlovorov list<br \/>\nsol, papar<br \/>\n150 g svje\u017eeg gra\u0161ka<br \/>\n300 g komora\u010da<br \/>\n250 g blitve<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Grah namo\u010dite u vodi preko no\u0107i. Ocijedite grah i dodajte narezani jezik. Ulijte vodu toliko da prekrije namirnice, prokuhajte 15-ak minuta i ponovno ocijedite vodu.<\/p>\n<p>Ulijte vodu, pa kada prokuha dodajte pe\u0161t (sitno usitnjena slanina, \u010de\u0161njak i per\u0161ina) i lovorov list. Posolite i popaprite.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je grah gotovo skuhan, dodajte gra\u0161ak i kuhajte 15-ak minuta. Zatim dodajte komora\u010d, a nakon 10 minuta blitvu grublje narezanu.
