Mnogi bi rekli da je to nemogu\u0107e. Ali stanovnici otoka Krka \u0107e vas razuvjeriti. Oni su upravo to iskombinirali u svojem kola\u010du pod nazivom presnac. Rahli nadjev s citrusnom notom i slanim okusom na kraju svakog zalogaja odu\u0161evit \u0107e vas. Nas je, pa ga toplo preporu\u010dujemo da ga isprobate.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<h4>Za tijesto:<\/h4>\n<p>250 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<br \/>\n125 g maslaca<br \/>\n1 jaje<\/p>\n<h4>Za nadjev:<\/h4>\n<p>500 g mladog ov\u010djeg sira<br \/>\n1 limun<br \/>\n4 jaja<br \/>\n250 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n7,5 g pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n300 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<br \/>\n125 g maslaca<br \/>\n3 \u017elice maslinovog ulja<\/p>\n<h4>Za poslu\u017eivanje:<\/h4>\n<p>\u0161e\u0107er u prahu<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>U posudu od elektri\u010dne mje\u0161alice stavite glatko bra\u0161no, sol, omek\u0161ali maslac narezan na kockice i jaje. Sve zajedno dobro izmije\u0161ajte kako bi dobili jednoli\u010dno tijesto. Zamotajte ga u plasti\u010dnu foliju i stavite u hladnjak najmanje 15 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Za to vrijeme, naribajte mladi ov\u010dji sir i koricu limuna. Iscijedite limunov sok. U manjoj zdjeli pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo. Odvojite \u017eumanjke od bjelanjaka, pa od bjelanjaka istucite snijeg.<\/p>\n<p>U ve\u0107oj i dubljoj posudi elektri\u010dnom mije\u0161alicom izmije\u0161ajte \u017eumanjke sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom. Zatim dodajte omek\u0161ali maslac narezan na manje dijelove i nastavite mije\u0161ati. Za vrijeme mije\u0161anja dodajte maslinovo ulje. Umije\u0161ajte naribani sir, limunov sok i koricu. Postepeno smjesi dodajte bra\u0161no i snijeg od bjelanjaka.<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto podijelite na 4 dijela. Na lagano pobra\u0161njenu povr\u0161inu jako tanko razvaljajte tijesto. Zatim stavite na njega metalni tanjur (promjera 14-16 cm) ili manji kalup kako bi prema gornjem rubu tanjura izrezali okruglo tijesto. Tijesto stavite u tanjur i napunite ga \u010detvrtinom nadjeva. Na vrhovima tijesta u razmacima utisnite rukama rubove kako bi dobili &#8220;ma\u0161nice&#8221;.
