Patlid\u017eani, paprike i raj\u010dice u kombinaciji s piletinom pru\u017eaju samo najbolje od mediteranske kuhinje. S doma\u0107om tjesteninom, crnim maslinama i dahom svje\u017eeg bosiljka \u010dine ga savr\u0161enim ljetnim obrokom. S ovim receptom mo\u017eemo vam samo po\u017eeljeti &#8211; dobar tek!<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1 manje pile (1,2 kg)<br \/>\nsol, papar<br \/>\n1 patlid\u017ean (300 g)<br \/>\n1 paprika (150 g)<br \/>\n450 g raj\u010dice<br \/>\n100 ml maslinova ulja<br \/>\n100 g crnih maslina bez ko\u0161tica<br \/>\nnekoliko listi\u0107a bosiljka<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Nare\u017eite pile na dijelove, posolite je i poparite. Patlid\u017ean i papriku nare\u017eite na kockice. Raj\u010dicama na donjoj strani napravite no\u017eem kri\u017e, pa ih kratko uronite u kipu\u0107u vodu. Ogulite raj\u010dicama ko\u017eice, odstranite sjemenke i krupno nare\u017eite.<\/p>\n<p>Na zagrijanom maslinovom ulju popecite piletinu s obje strane, a zatim je izvadite na tanjur. Na istoj masno\u0107i narezanu papriku i patlid\u017eane. Vratite piletinu i nastavite pirjati uz dodavanje vode.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon 30-ak minuta dodajte raj\u010dice i pirjajte jo\u0161 20-ak minuta dok piletina ne bude gotova.
