U posudu redom sla\u017eu se sitna plava riba, raj\u010dica, luk, \u010de\u0161njak, ali i crno gro\u017e\u0111e. Zanimljiva okusna kombinacija upotpunjena je kvalitetnim bijelim vinom i maslinovim uljem. Na stolu ga poslu\u017eite s kuhanom palentom.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1 kg girica ili papalina<br \/>\n500 g raj\u010dica<br \/>\n300 g crnog gro\u017e\u0111a<br \/>\n2 glavice luka<br \/>\n2 \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica soli<br \/>\npapar<br \/>\n200 ml ulja<br \/>\n150 ml bijelog vina<br \/>\npapar, sol<br \/>\n1 \u017elica octa<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Giricama ili papalinama odre\u017eite glave s probavilom, pa ih zatim posu\u0161ite. Raj\u010dice operite i nare\u017eite na kolutove. Gro\u017e\u0111e operite i odvojite bobe. Luk o\u010distite i nare\u017eite na plo\u0161ke, a \u010de\u0161njak sitno nasjeckajte.<\/p>\n<p>U dublju i \u0161iru (zemljanu, vatrostalnu ili kerami\u010dku) posudu na dno ulijte polovicu maslinova ulja pa rasporedite girice, zatim raj\u010dice narezane na kolutove, bobice gro\u017e\u0111a, luk narezan na plo\u0161ke i sitno nasjeckan \u010de\u0161njak. Posolite i poparite.<\/p>\n<p>Prelijte preostalim uljem, vinom i octom kojem ste dodali 50 ml vode tako da sastojci budu dobro pokriveni teku\u0107inom.<\/p>\n<p>Jelo pirjajte na laganoj vatri 40-ak minuta.
