Malo maslinova ulja, mrvu \u0161e\u0107era i papra su jedini dodaci. U nju se uma\u010de pope\u010deni doma\u0107i kruh. Ali u ovoj posebnoj izvedbi dodana je i pe\u010dena dunja. <!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>400 ml crnog vina (terana ili borgonje)<br \/>\n150 g dunje<br \/>\n50 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\nmaslinovo ulje<br \/>\npapar<br \/>\ndoma\u0107i kruh<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Dunje nare\u017eite na tanje kri\u0161ke i uklonite sredi\u0161nji dio sa sjemenkama (koru ostavite). Poslo\u017eite ih na papir za pe\u010denje i prema\u017eite maslinovim uljem. Pecite ih u prethodno zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici na 180\u02daC 25-30 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010dene dunje stavite u manje zdjelice, dodajte ugrijano vino, \u0161e\u0107er, 1-2 \u017elice maslinova ulja i svje\u017ee mljeveni papar. Sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n<p>Nare\u017eite kruh na \u0161nite, prema\u017eite ga maslinovim uljem i pospite svje\u017ee mljevenim paprom s obje strane.
