Tako ne \u010dudi ni ova tradicionlna kombinacija ukiseljene repe, graha i su\u0161enog mesa kontinentalne Hrvatske. Zasitno i ukusno kada se tijekom zime treba ugrijati nakon napornog rada.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>500 g graha<br \/>\nsu\u0161eno meso po izboru (svinjska rebra, buncek)<br \/>\n800 g kisele repe<br \/>\n2 lista lovora<br \/>\nnekoliko zrna papra<br \/>\n60 g masti ili ulja<br \/>\n1 glavica manjeg luka<br \/>\n30 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 \u017elica crvene mljevene paprike<br \/>\nsol<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Grah prelijte vodom i ostavite ga da se nama\u010de preko no\u0107i. U lonac stavite ocije\u0111eni grah, prelijte ga vodom i kuhajte oko 10-ak minuta nakon \u0161to voda zavrije. Grah ocijedite, stavite ga kuhati u drugu vodu i posolite.<\/p>\n<p>U posebni lonac stavite kuhati su\u0161eno dimljeno meso (svinjska rebra, buncek, nogice&#8230;). Isto kao i kod graha, vodu nakon 15 minuta od vrenja zamijenite svje\u017eom toplom vodom. Nakon \u0161to je meso kuhano, ostavite ga sa strane u vodi u kojoj se kuhalo.<\/p>\n<p>Kiselu repu isperite pod mlazom vode i stavite kuhati u \u0161iru posudu s listovima lovora, nekoliko zrna papra i \u017elicom soli. Ocije\u0111enu kuhanu repu dodajte u grah.<\/p>\n<p>Za zapr\u0161ku na masti kratko popecite sitno nasjeckani luk, dodajte bra\u0161no i papriku, zalijte s dijelom vode u kojoj se kuhalo meso, pa sve umije\u0161ajte u kuhani grah i repu.
