Nosila se na kristitke, na prosidbu, svadbu, Bo\u017ei\u0107, Uskrs i druge blagdane, odnosno kad se htjelo iskazati. Fina mlije\u010dna poga\u010da idealna je uz delicije na uskr\u0161njem stolu.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>500 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica soli<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n125 g maslaca<br \/>\n100 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n50 ml tople vode<\/p>\n<p>20 g svje\u017eeg kvasca<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n50 ml tople vode<\/p>\n<h4>Za premazivanje:<\/h4>\n<p>1 jaje<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>U manjoj posudi razmrvite kvasac, dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, bra\u0161no i vodu. Lagano promije\u0161ajte da se sastojci pove\u017eu i ostavite 10-ak minuta na toplom mjestu.<\/p>\n<p>U zdjelu elektri\u010dnog miksera stavite prosijano bra\u0161no i napravite udubinu u koju stavite kvasac i jaje. Po rubovima bra\u0161na stavite sol, rasporedite rastopljeni maslac, toplo mlijeko i vodu. Mije\u0161ajte 15-ak minuta dok ne dobijete glatko i mekano tijesto. U dublju, pobra\u0161njenu posudu stavite tijesto, prekrijte ga kuhinjskom krpom i ostavite da se di\u017ee 30 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Vrlo mali dio tijesta odvojite, a ostatak tijesta premijesite i stavite u okrugli nama\u0161\u0107eni kalup (\u00d8 20 cm). Pustite da se di\u017ee 30 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu, dio tijesta tanko razvaljajte i iz njega oblikujte ptice i listove kojima \u0107ete ukrasiti poga\u010du.
