Mje\u0161avina svje\u017eih i su\u0161enih za\u010dina u ovom umaku svakako \u0107e dati zavr\u0161ni okus mesu s ro\u0161tilja koji je popularan u kuhinjama Argentine i Urugvaja. Nakon \u0161to se sol otopi, uklonite vodu s vatre i dodajte drugu polovicu vode.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce\u0161njak nare\u017eite na tanke listi\u0107e i kratko blan\u0161irajte u vru\u0107oj vodi.<br \/>\nU slanu vodu dodajte usitnjeni \u010de\u0161njak, nasjeckani per\u0161in, \u010dili, nora papriku, origano, timijan i lovor.<\/p>\n<p>Otopinu ostavite da odstoji 24 sata kako bi se suhi elementi hidrirali. Za\u010dinsko bilje ocijedite i stavite u zdjelu.
