Njega su po prvi puta pripremili talijanski doseljenici u Americi i zapravo se radi o tijestu i namirnicama koje se koriste kod pripreme pizze, ali u drugom obliku. <!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Za tijesto:<\/h4>\n<p>300 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 vre\u0107ica suhog kvasca<br \/>\n50 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n180 ml mlake vode<br \/>\n2 \u017elice maslinova ulja<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica soli<\/p>\n<h4>Za nadjev:<\/h4>\n<p>200 g pasirane raj\u010dice<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica origana<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice soli<br \/>\n1 \u017elica maslinova ulja<br \/>\n150 g tanko rezane kuhane \u0161unke<br \/>\n150 g tanko rezanog sira (gouda, podravec, edamer)<br \/>\n125 g mozzarelle<\/p>\n<h4>Za premazivanje:<\/h4>\n<p>1 jaje<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>U zdjelicu stavite kvasac, 1 \u017eli\u010dicu \u0161e\u0107era, 1 \u017eli\u010dicu bra\u0161na i zalijte s malo mlakog mlijeka. Promije\u0161ajte i ostavite na toplom da se kvasac di\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>U zdjelu prosijte bra\u0161no, dodajte mu sol, maslinovo ulje, uzdigli kvasac i vodu pa umijesite glatko tijesto koje se ne lijepi za ruke (poma\u017eite si dodavanjem bra\u0161na). Tijesto dobro izlupajte (bacajte iz visine) o podlogu na kojoj ste mijesili, potom ga formirajte u kuglu, prekrijte \u010distom krpom i ostavite da se di\u017ee do 60 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Na pobra\u0161njenoj podlozi razvaljajte uzdiglo tijesto u kvadrat cca. 40&#215;40 cm.<\/p>\n<p>U zdjelici izmije\u0161ajte pasiranu raj\u010dicu, sol, origano i maslinovo ulje pa tim nadjevom prema\u017eite tijesto do 2 cm od rubova. Ravnomjerno poslo\u017eite tanko rezanu \u0161unku, po njoj tanko rezane \u0161nite sira i komadi\u0107e mozzarelle natrgane rukom.<\/p>\n<p>Rubove tijesta prema\u017eite razmu\u0107enim jajetom. Preklopite gornje i donje rubove tijesta i zarolajte u roladu pa prebacite na pleh za pe\u010denje koji ste prekrili papirom za pe\u010denje. Prema\u017eite jajetom, gornju povr\u0161inu uzdu\u017eno zare\u017eite no\u017eem na nekoliko mjesta i stavite pe\u0107i u prethodno zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 180\u00b0C oko 50 minuta.[\/two_third_last]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/strong><br \/>\nStromboli ostavite da se ohladi 15-ak minuta pa ga nare\u017eite na \u0161nite.
