Njeni mladi izdanci i listovi imaju hranjivu i nutritivnu vrijednost. Stoga sam je odlu\u010dila koristiti u pripremi rezanaca. Zelena zvijezda ovog recepta je kopriva.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>125 g listova koprive<br \/>\n250 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\nsol<\/p>\n<h4>Za umak od gljiva:<\/h4>\n<p>300 g mije\u0161anih gljiva (\u0161ampinjoni i bukova\u010de)<br \/>\n50 g maslaca<br \/>\n1 luk<br \/>\npola vezice per\u0161ina<br \/>\nsol, papar<br \/>\n100 ml vina<br \/>\n150 ml slatkog vrhnja<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Mlade koprive prelijte vrelom vodom, ostavite kratko u vodi i ocijedite. Istisnite vi\u0161ak vode iz listova i nasjeckajte ih na sitno.<\/p>\n<p>Bra\u0161no i prstohvat soli izmije\u0161ajte, pa dodajte koprive i jaje. Sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte rukom, pa prebacite na blago pobra\u0161njenu povr\u0161inu. Mijesite dok ne dobijete glatko i \u010dvrsto tijesto.<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto tanko razvaljajte, pospite bra\u0161nom da vam se ne lijepi i onda ga zarolajte i nare\u017eite na srednje \u0161iroke rezance. Kratko posu\u0161ite i skuhajte u ve\u0107oj koli\u010dini posoljene vode.<\/p>\n<p>Za umak, gljive nare\u017eite na tanke listi\u0107e, a luk i per\u0161in nasjeckajte. U posudi rastopite maslac i dodajte luk. Kratko popecite, a zatim dodajte gljive i per\u0161in.<\/p>\n<p>Kada teku\u0107ina ispari dodajte vino. Posolite i popaprite.
