Na radionici sa Saralee Madnui nau\u010dili smo iz prve ruke kako se priprema na Tajlandu pa vam donosimo njezin recept.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p><strong>(za 2 osobe)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2-3 \u017elice ulja<br \/>\n2 \u017elice tofua narezanog na kockice<br \/>\n1 \u017elica usitnjene ljutike<br \/>\n100 g ri\u017einih rezanaca (natopljeni u vru\u0107oj vodi dok ne omek\u0161aju i ocije\u0111eni)<br \/>\n1 \u0161alica vode<br \/>\n8 srednje velikih o\u010di\u0161\u0107enih kozica<br \/>\n3-4 \u017elice Pad thai umaka<br \/>\n2 jaja<br \/>\n1 \u0161alica sojinih klica<br \/>\n\u00bd \u0161alice vlasca, narezanog na 3 cm du\u017eine<br \/>\n2 \u017elice usitnjenog pr\u017eenog kikirikija<br \/>\n1-2 kri\u0161ke limete<\/p>\n<h4>Za Pad thai umak:<\/h4>\n<p>130 g \u0161e\u0107era ili palminog \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n130 g tamarind vode<br \/>\n30 g ribljeg umaka<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice soli<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Sve sastojke za Pad thai umak stavite u manju posudu i kuhajte 7-10 minuta dok ne bude kao sirup.<\/p>\n<p>U woku zagrijte ulje, dodajte tofu narezan na kockice i pr\u017eite dok ne dobije svjetlosme\u0111u boju. Zatim dodajte ljutiku i pr\u017eite dok ne osjetite miris.<\/p>\n<p>Dodajte ri\u017eine rezance i vode po potrebi. Rezanci \u0107e se zalijepiti, pa sna\u017eno promije\u0161ajte i poku\u0161ajte ih razdvojiti. Mije\u0161ajte 2-3 minute dok rezanci ne omek\u0161aju.<\/p>\n<p>Dodajte kozice i pr\u017eite dok skoro ne bude gotovo, a onda dodajte 3-4 \u017elice Pad thai umaka i sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte te stavite na jednu stranu woka.<\/p>\n<p>U wok dodajte jo\u0161 jednu \u017elicu ulja, dodajte jaja, te ih lagano izmije\u0161ajte dok ne budu gotova. Sve sastojke u woku pomije\u0161ajte s jajima, dodajte klice i vlasac.
