Volite li <em>spicy<\/em> jela svakako isprobajte ovaj recept koji je osmislila Tajlan\u0111anka sa zagreba\u010dkom adresom Saralee Madnui.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p><strong>(za 2 osobe)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 \u017elice ulja<br \/>\n1 \u010de\u0161anj \u010de\u0161njaka, usitnjen<br \/>\n150 g lignji, narezanih na koluti\u0107e<br \/>\n30 g luka<br \/>\n30 g crvene paprike<br \/>\n1 mladi luk, narezan na male komade (2.5 cm)<br \/>\n6-7 listova celera, narezanih na manje komade (2.5 cm)<\/p>\n<h4>Za curry umak:<\/h4>\n<p>1 jaje<br \/>\n\u00bc \u0161alice mlijeka (oko 65 ml)<br \/>\n1 \u017elica oyster umaka<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica sojinog umaka<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\nprstohvat soli<br \/>\n1-2 \u017eli\u010dice curry praha<br \/>\n1-2 \u017elice \u010dili ulja<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>U posudi pripremite curry umak tako da pomije\u0161ate jaje, mlijeko, oyster umak, sojin umak, \u0161e\u0107er, sol, curry prah i \u010dili ulje.<\/p>\n<p>U wok ulijte ulje i zagrijte ga. Dodajte narezani \u010de\u0161njak i pr\u017eite dok ne osjetite miris. Potom dodajte lignje, luk, crvenu papriku i mije\u0161ajte nekoliko minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Ulijte curry umak i pr\u017eite 1-2 minute. Jaje iz umaka mora postati \u010dvrsto, te nastavite kuhati dok jaje ne bude kuhano.<\/p>\n<p>Dodajte mladi luk i listove celera, te pr\u017eite jo\u0161 kratko dok listi\u0107i ne uvenu.
