Od krafni i fanjki u sredi\u0161njoj Hrvatskoj, preko priobalnih kro\u0161tula i fritula do slavonskih &#8220;poderanih ga\u0107a&#8221;, lepirica ili listari\u0107a. &#8220;Poderane ga\u0107e&#8221; se pripremaju od dizanog tijesta koje se re\u017ee u pravokutne oblike u kojima se re\u017eu sredine, pa dobivate proreze. Upravo takav oblik, nekoga je inspirirao da ovom jelu da ovaj intrigantan naziv. Najbolje ih je konzumirati netom nakon \u0161to se izvade iz vru\u0107eg ulja toplo posute \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu ili u kombinaciji s marmeladom.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>500 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica soli<br \/>\n200 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n100 ml vode<\/p>\n<h4>Za kvas:<\/h4>\n<p>1 vre\u0107ica suhog kvasca<br \/>\npola \u017eli\u010dice \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n<h4>Za poslu\u017eivanje:<\/h4>\n<p>\u0161e\u0107er u prahu<br \/>\nmarmelada po izboru (marelica, \u0161ljiva)<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Za kvas odvojite 50 g bra\u0161na, dodajte kvasac, \u0161e\u0107er i 50 ml mlake vode. Pustite da se kvasac digne.<\/p>\n<p>U bra\u0161no umije\u0161ajte sol, napravite udubinu u sredini i umije\u0161ajte dignuti kvas. Mije\u0161ajte elektri\u010dnom mije\u0161alicom i postepeno dodajte mlako mlijeko i preostalu koli\u010dinu vode. Tijesto mije\u0161ajte 10-15 minuta dok ne bude mekano i ujedna\u010deno. Stavite ga u pobra\u0161njenu zdjelu, pokrijte krpom i ostavite na toplom da se di\u017ee dok ne udvostru\u010di volumen.<\/p>\n<p>Dignuto tijesto razvaljajte po pobra\u0161njeloj podlozi na \u00bd cm debljine i izrezujete pravokutnike dimenzija oko 10x5cm. Svaki komad jo\u0161 po sredini zare\u017eite cijelom dubinom, ali ne do kraja tijesta. Tako izrezane pravokutnike prekrijte krpom i ostavite da se di\u017eu jo\u0161 15-ak minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto pecite u dobro zagrijanom dubokom ulju s jedne i druge strane (ukupno 2-3 minute) kako bi dobilo lijepu zlatno\u017eutu boju.
