{"id":13481,"date":"2015-02-26T11:57:49","date_gmt":"2015-02-26T10:57:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kuhaona.com\/?p=9925"},"modified":"2015-02-26T11:57:49","modified_gmt":"2015-02-26T10:57:49","slug":"touristkuhaona-na-belgijski-nacin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kuhaona.systich.hr\/index.php\/2015\/02\/26\/touristkuhaona-na-belgijski-nacin\/","title":{"rendered":"Touristkuhaona na belgijski na\u010din"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I tako smo dana 18.02.2015., po prvi putau Kuhaoni, a u suradnji s agencijom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tureta-travel.com\/\">Tureta travel <\/a>za\u017eeljeli dobrodo\u0161licu gostima iz Belgije koji su iskusili za njih posebno kreiranu kulinarsku radionicu pripreme hrvatskih jela.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Kuhaona kulinarsko dru\u017eenje zapo\u010delo je kratkom slikovnom prezentacijom raznolike hrvatske gastronomske ponude kroz regije.Nakon toga uslijedilo je individualno i timsko pripremanje jela pod stru\u010dnim vodstvom \u0161efa Berislava Lackovi\u0107a. Jelovnik se sastojao od predjela, glavnog jela i deserta koji su prikazali raznolikost kontinentalne i priobalne kuhinje Hrvatske.<\/p>\n<p>Prvo se pripremila i degustirala satrica i kulen u kombinaciji s doma\u0107im kukuruznim kruhom, namazom od svinjske masti, \u0161pekomi \u0161ljivovicom. Ericu, jedinom mu\u0161karcu u grupi,kulen i \u0161ljivovica posebno su se svidjeli ;). Patka se ve\u0107 naveliko pekla kako bi bila gotova za degustaciju, pa smo svi zajedno zasukali rukave i krenuli raditi. Berislav je sa Sol i Evom pripremao brudet od su\u0161ene hobotnice i palentu krompiricu, a Karmela je pomagala Camilli i Ericu u nastajanju soparnika i mlinaca. Na kraju su se slagali slojevi bregovske pite.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuhaona.systich.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/soparnik-final.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-9958\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kuhaona.systich.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/soparnik-final-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"soparnik final\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuhaona.systich.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/GULA%C5%A0-I-KRUMPIRICA.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-9940\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kuhaona.systich.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/GULA%C5%A0-I-KRUMPIRICA-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Brodet od su\u0161ene hobotnice s palentom krumpiricom\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u010cak nas i na\u0161 pomalo &#8220;zahr\u0111ali&#8221; engleski nije sprije\u010dio u tome da osim o hrani popri\u010damo i o poslovnom dijelu njihove kulinarske pri\u010de pod nazivom <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thechefscut.com\/\">TheChefsCut.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dru\u017eenje je zavr\u0161ilo degustacijom pripremljenih jela u opu\u0161tenoj atmosferi uz kapljicu dobrih vina, malvazije i crnog pinota, a potvrdu kako su #kuhaona iskustvo do\u017eivjeli gosti iz Belgije najbolje daju njihove izjave:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I had an amazing experience at Kuhaona workshop. I learned a lot, the chef was very knowledgeable and could answer every query I had. Thank you all so much for their lovely, warm welcome to Zagreb.
