U ovom starinskom receptu to vrijedi u punom smislu te rije\u010di. Malo kvalitetnih sastojaka, jednostavna priprema i mesno jelo je gotovo. Uz prilog od pire krumpira \u010dini zaokru\u017eeno jelo. Dozu pikantnosti mo\u017eete dodati s narezanim mladim lukom i grubo nasjeckanom su\u0161enom paprikom.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>150 g luka<br \/>\n50 ml ulja<br \/>\n750 g mljevene teletine<br \/>\n100 g kru\u0161nih mrvica<br \/>\n400 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag<br \/>\n1 \u017elica soli<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice papra<br \/>\nulje za pe\u010denje<br \/>\n200 ml kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\n30 g maslaca<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Na zagrijanom ulju pirjajte sitno narezani luk dok ne postane staklast. Ohladite ga i dodajte mljevenom mesu zajedno sa 70 g kru\u0161nih mrvica i 200 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag. Posolite i poparite, pa sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte kako biste dobili glatku smjesu.<\/p>\n<p>Od smjese odvajajte kuglice (te\u017eine oko 75 g) koje razvaljajte na dasci u oblik valju\u0161aka. Nakon toga ih lagano uvaljajte u kru\u0161ne mrvice. Pr\u017eite kratko u dubokom ulju s obje strane tako da valju\u0161ci u sredini budu sirovi.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010dene valju\u0161ke slo\u017eite u posudu premazanu maslacem i zalijte smjesom preostalog vrhnja za \u0161lag i kiselog vrhnja.
