Porijeklo naziva zasigurno vu\u010de iz latinskog gdje rije\u010d fusus zna\u010di vreteno \u010diji oblik ova tjestenina i posjeduje. \u0160upljine fu\u017ea dobro primaju \u0161ugo, a u Istri ih svakako probajte u kombinaciji s tartufima.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>500 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica soli (7 g)<br \/>\n2 jaja<br \/>\n1 \u017elica ulja<br \/>\n2 \u017elice bijelog vina<br \/>\n150 ml mlake vode<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Prosijte bra\u0161no u \u0161iru zdjelu. Dodajte jaja, ulje, vino, sol i s malo vode umijesite glatko tijesto. Ostavite da odstoji oko pola sata.<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto tanko razvaljajte, pa zatim izre\u017eite na pruge \u0161irine 4 cm, a njih zatim na kvadrati\u0107e na istom razmaku od 4 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Oblikujte fu\u017ee tako da preklopite suprotne krajeve preko dr\u0161ke kuha\u010de i zarolajte kako bi se krajevi spojili i oblikovali\u00a0\u0161upljikavu tjesteninu &#8211; fu\u017ee.
