E, ovaj je upravo takav. Recept koji smo pripremali zajedno sa Sandrom Ron\u010devi\u0107 na radionici Malih, slanih zalogaja uvijek je dobrodo\u0161ao na svim malim ili velikim sve\u010danostima, dru\u017eenjima ili tek tako. Samo ih probajte prestati jesti nakon jednog komada \ud83d\ude09<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p><strong>(za 15-20 poga\u010dica, promjera 5 cm)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>250 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n8 g pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\npola \u017eli\u010dice soli<br \/>\n150 g sira (grana padano, parmezan, Ribanac ili cheddar)<br \/>\n250 g milerama<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>U zdjelu prosijte bra\u0161no, dodajte pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sol i sitno ribani sir pa sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte. Dodajte mileram te umijesite glatko tijesto.<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto prebacite na lagano pobra\u0161njenu podlogu i deblje razvaljajte, na debljinu oko 1,5 cm. Izrezujte reza\u010dem ili \u010da\u0161om promjera 5 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Poga\u010dice rasporedite na pleh za pe\u010denje kojeg ste prekrili papirom za pe\u010denje. Tanko ih prema\u017eite mileramom (kako bi dobile malo tamniju boju tijekom pe\u010denja) i stavite pe\u0107i u prethodno zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 200\u00b0C 12-15 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Izvadite iz pe\u0107nice i ostavite na re\u0161etki da se malo ohlade.[\/two_third_last]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/strong><br \/>\nSlu\u017eite tople ili hladne kao dio malih zalogaja ili uz pivo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vrijeme pripreme<\/strong><br \/>\n60 minuta<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Svi volimo jednostavne, brzo gotove i ukusne zalogaje.
