Bijeli biskvit s dodatkom narezanog ora\u0161astog i su\u0161enog vo\u0107a izmjenjuje se s finom kremom od jaja i maslaca koja se pa\u017eljivo priprema na pari. Ukra\u0161ena s otopljenom \u010dokoladom i \u010dokoladnim ostru\u0161cima prijat \u0107e uz tradicionalno dalmatinsko desertno vino \u2013 pro\u0161ek.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Za biskvit:<\/h4>\n<p>150 g oraha<br \/>\n150 g su\u0161enih smokava<br \/>\n150 g gro\u017e\u0111ica<br \/>\n4 \u017elice o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n9 bjelanjaka<br \/>\nmalo soli<br \/>\n9 \u017elica kristal \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n20 g maslaca za premazivanje lima<\/p>\n<h4>Za kremu:<\/h4>\n<p>9 \u017eumanjaka<br \/>\n9 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n200 g maslaca<br \/>\n1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er<\/p>\n<h4>Za ukra\u0161avanje:<\/h4>\n<p>2 rebra \u010dokolade za kuhanje<br \/>\n40 g maslaca<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Su\u0161ene smokve i orahe nasjeckajte. Dodajte gro\u017e\u0111ice i bra\u0161no, pa sve zajedno dobro izmije\u0161ajte. Bjelanjke i sol elektri\u010dnom mije\u0161alicom istucite u snijeg, pa uz stalno mije\u0161anje postepeno dodajte \u0161e\u0107er. Mije\u0161ajte dok snijeg ne bude \u010dvrst. Lagano umije\u0161ajte narezano vo\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>Lim od pe\u0107nice prema\u017eite maslacem, oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje i pritisnite ga da se zalijepi. Izlijte smjesu od bjelanjaka na lim, izravnajte je no\u017eem i pecite na 180\u00b0C oko 20 minuta. Biskvit ohladite, pa ga uzdu\u017eno nare\u017eite na tri trake i skinite s njih papir za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p>Za kremu izmije\u0161ajte \u017eumanjke, \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, pa ih stavite na paru i mije\u0161ajte dok se krema ne zgusne.
