Znam, nema nimalo veze s bijelim juhama zagorskog kraja od kukuruznog bra\u0161na i vrhnja ili onima s lukom i masti. <!--more--> Ona je od mlijeka i vrhnja s dodatkom \u017eli\u010dnjaka. Ona je juha mog djetinjstva koju je pripremala moja &#8220;velika&#8221; baka :). Gdje ju je ona nau\u010dila raditi, odakle porijeklo, ne znam, ali znam da je volim s vremena na vrijeme ponovno ku\u0161ati.<br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>500 ml mlijeka<br \/>\n250 ml vode<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica soli<br \/>\n100 ml kiselog vrhnja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Za \u017eli\u010dnjake:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 jaje<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice soli<br \/>\n4 \u017elice glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n3 \u017elice vode<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Za \u017eli\u010dnjake pjenja\u010dom izmije\u0161ajte jaja i sol. Zatim uz neprestano mije\u0161anje dodajte naizmjence bra\u0161no i vodu dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu. Ostavite da kratko odstoji.<\/p>\n<p>Pomije\u0161ajte mlijeko i vodu. Pustite da zakipi. Smanjite vatru, pa \u017eli\u010dicom oblikujte \u017eli\u010dnjake i stavljajte ih u vrelo mlijeko. Kuhajte oko 10-ak minuta na laganoj vatri.<\/p>\n<p>Izmije\u0161ajte vrhnje s nekoliko \u017elica kuhanog mlijeka.
