Bila je jako cijenjena, tako da je jedno vrijeme bila i plate\u017eno sredstvo. Kod nas je kukuruz dosta te\u0161ko uspijevao zbog su\u0161e ali je stizao u vre\u0107ama iz drugih krajeva ili brodom i redovito se mljeo u mlinovima na rijeci Rje\u010dini.<br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1 l vode<br \/>\n1 ravna \u017elica soli<br \/>\n500 g krumpira<br \/>\n300 g instant kukuruzne krupice<br \/>\n2 \u017elice maslinova ulja<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Ogulite krumpir, nare\u017eite na \u010detvrtine i kuhajte poklopljeno u slanoj vodi 10-tak minuta. U toj vodi, kuhani krumpir ru\u010dno zgnje\u010dite gnje\u010dilicom.<\/p>\n<p>Dodajte palentu mije\u0161aju\u0107i pjenja\u010dom kako bi se izbjegle grudice. Nastavite mije\u0161ati palentarom ili plosnatom kuha\u010dom jer palenta postaje gu\u0161\u0107e konzistencije.<\/p>\n<p>Stavite maslinovo ulje, pa kuhajte jo\u0161 5 minuta dok ne dobijete finu, glatku smjesu.
