Poslu\u017eite ga, na kvarnerski na\u010din, s kruhom palentenjakom.<br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1 kg \u0161kampa (srednje veli\u010dine)<br \/>\n100 ml maslinova ulja<br \/>\n2 glavice luka<br \/>\n2-3 \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka<br \/>\n1 manja vezica per\u0161ina<br \/>\n100 ml pasirane raj\u010dice<br \/>\n200 ml vode (po potrebi i vi\u0161e)<br \/>\nnekoliko listi\u0107a ru\u017emarina<br \/>\n200 ml malvazije<br \/>\nsol, papar<br \/>\n2-3 \u017elice kru\u0161nih mrvica<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Svaki \u0161kamp operite pod mlazom vode.<\/p>\n<p>U \u0161iru posudu, na zagrijano maslinovo ulje dodajte nasjeckani luk i pirjajte ga dok ne dobije zlatno\u017eutu boju. Po potrebi podlijte s malo vode. \u00a0Zatim dodajte nasjeckani \u010de\u0161njak i per\u0161in, pasiranu raj\u010dicu, vodu i nekoliko listi\u0107a ru\u017emarina pa pustite da kratko prokuha.<\/p>\n<p>Stavite \u0161kampe, podlijte ih vinom, posolite i poparite. Pirjajte 15-20 minuta, ovisno od veli\u010dine \u0161kampa. Tijekom pirjanja protresite posudu ili lagano promije\u0161ajte.
