Jednostavnost pripreme, a puno\u0107a okusa krase ovo jelo.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1 kg piletine<br \/>\nsol<br \/>\n50 ml ulja<br \/>\n400 g luka<br \/>\n3\/4 ravne \u017elice soli<br \/>\noko 300 ml vode<br \/>\n200 ml kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\n1 \u017elica \u0161krobnog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 ravna \u017elica crvene mljevene paprike<br \/>\n1 \u017elica koncentrata raj\u010dica<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Piletinu nare\u017eite na komade ili kupite ve\u0107 narezane dijelove. Posolite ih.<\/p>\n<p>Luk nare\u017eite na sitne kockice i stavite u \u0161iroku posudu na zagrijano ulje. Posolite i pirjajte oko 5-minuta dok luk ne postane staklast.<\/p>\n<p>Rasporedite piletinu i kratko je popecite na luku s obje strane. Zalijte s vodom i poklopljeno pirjajte 40-ak minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Izmije\u0161ajte zajedno kiselo vrhnje, \u0161krobno bra\u0161no, mljevenu papriku i koncentrat raj\u010dica. Dodajte mje\u0161avini malo teku\u0107ine od pirjanja, promije\u0161ajte i dodajte piletini. Kratko prokuhajte.<br \/>\n[\/two_third_last]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/strong><br \/>\nMoja omiljena kombinacija je uz doma\u0107e \u017eli\u010dnjake, a mogu i \u0161iroki rezanci.
