Ina\u010de sama priprema brefovske pite je za\u0161ti\u0107eno nematerijalno kulturno dobro Republike Hrvatske. Nadam se da \u0107e vam se svidjeti ovaj starinski recept u mojoj izvedbi. \ud83d\ude42<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Za tijesto:<\/h4>\n<p>300 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n300 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n180 g svinjske masti<br \/>\n200 ml kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica soli<\/p>\n<h4>Za nadjev:<\/h4>\n<p>1 kg jabuka<br \/>\n250 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n5 g mljevenog cimeta<br \/>\n250 g mljevenih oraha<br \/>\n150 g maslaca<br \/>\n200 ml vrhnja<br \/>\n1 jaje<br \/>\n20 g maslaca za premazivanje tepsije<br \/>\n200 g gro\u017e\u0111ica<\/p>\n<h4>Za posipavanje:<\/h4>\n<p>\u0161e\u0107er u prahu<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Od bra\u0161na, jaja, masti, kiselog vrhnja i soli umijesite glatko tijesto, razdijelite na 8 dijelova i ostavite da odmara.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim pripremite nadjeve. Ogulite jabuke i nare\u017eite ih na tanke plo\u0161ke. Pospite polovicom koli\u010dine \u0161e\u0107era i cimeta, pa sve zajedno dobro promije\u0161ajte. Mljevene orahe pomije\u0161ajte s preostalim \u0161e\u0107erom. Rastopite maslac na laganoj vatri. Dobro izmije\u0161ajte kiselo vrhnje s jajetom.<\/p>\n<p>Svako tijesto postavite izme\u0111u dva lista plasti\u010dne folije i razvaljajte ga valjkom do pola. Zatim maknite gornju foliju i lagano valjkom nastavite valjati tijesto dok ne dobijete tanko tijesto pravokutnog oblika veli\u010dine tepsije (20&#215;32 cm).<\/p>\n<p>U nama\u0161\u0107enu tepsiju stavite prvi list tijesta, prelijte ga s 3 \u017elice rastopljenog maslaca i rasporedite tre\u0107inu nadjeva od jabuka. Zatim polo\u017eite drugi list tijesta, ponovno ga prelijte s 3 \u017elice rastopljenog maslaca, pa rasporedite polovicu koli\u010dine nadjeva od oraha i 3 \u017elice smjese od vrhnja i jaja. Ponovno list tijesta, 3 \u017elice rastopljenog maslaca, polovica koli\u010dine gro\u017e\u0111ica i 3 \u017elice smjese od vrhnja i jaja. Cijeli postupak ponovimo s preostala tri lista tijesta.
