U ovom smokvenjaku su\u0161ene smokve su povezane travaricom i bijelim vinom, a aromatizirane da\u0161kom cimeta.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>400 g su\u0161enih smokava<br \/>\n100 g gro\u017e\u0111ica<br \/>\n50 ml rakije travarice ili lozova\u010de<br \/>\n150 ml malvazije<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice mljevenog cimeta<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Smokve o\u010distite od drvenastih peteljki i nare\u017eite ih na \u010detvrtine. Stavite ih u elektri\u010dnu mije\u0161alicu, dodajte gro\u017e\u0111ice, rakiju, vino i cimet. Sve zajedno dobro izmije\u0161ajte. Ukoliko ne dobijete finu strukturu, mo\u017eete smjesu dodatno usitniti \u0161tapnim mikserom.<\/p>\n<p>Podijelite je na 8 dijelova i mokrim rukama je oblikujte u sto\u0161ce. Stavite ih na listove smokve ili lovora da se su\u0161e 15-20 dana.
