Na otoku Visu se priprema od smokvi, lozova\u010de i komora\u010da. Oblikuje u okrugle oblike i \u010duva na lovorovim listovima.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>500 g su\u0161enih smokava<br \/>\n50 ml rakije lozova\u010de<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica svje\u017ee nasjeckanih listova komora\u010da<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Smokve o\u010distite od drvenastih peteljki i nare\u017eite ih na \u010detvrtine. Stavite ih u elektri\u010dnu mije\u0161alicu, dodajte lozova\u010du i komora\u010d. Sve zajedno dobro izmije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n<p>Smjesu podijelite na 4 dijela i mokrim rukama ih oblikujte u okrugle oblike debljine oko 1 cm. Poslo\u017eite ih na dasku i ostavite su\u0161iti 15 dana. Potrebno ih je svaki dan okretati.<br \/>\nSu\u0161enje se mo\u017ee ubrzati u pe\u0107nici na 60\u00b0C oko sat vremena.<br \/>\n[\/two_third_last]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/strong><br \/>\nSmokvenjak nare\u017eite na kri\u0161ke i poslu\u017eite uz doma\u0107u rakiju.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Savjet<\/strong><br \/>\nHjib mo\u017eete \u010duvati u kartonskoj kutiji.
