U mlijeko dodajete sol i sodu bikarbonu, pa sve zajedno ulijte u smjesu s jajima. Zatim naizmjence dodajte mast i bra\u0161no. Prebacite smjesu na dasku i umijesite mekano tijesto. Ostavite ga da odle\u017ei u hladnjaku oko 30 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>Odvajajte manje dijelove tijesta i valjajte ih u valjak dok ne dobijete \u017eeljenu debljinu (oko 1 cm). Tada ih izre\u017eite na trake (8-9 cm) i oblikujte ih u oblik potkove. Posla\u017eite ih u nama\u0161\u0107eni lim za pe\u010denje kojeg ste prekrili papirom za pe\u010denje i pecite 15 minuta u pe\u0107nici zagrijanoj na temperaturi od 180\u00b0 C.<br \/>\n[\/two_third_last]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/strong><br \/>\nPe\u010dene cukeran\u010di\u0107e kratko umo\u010dite u malvaziju, a potom pospite kristal \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Savjet<\/strong><br \/>\nCukeran\u010di\u0107e je bolje posipati \u0161e\u0107erom nego valjati u \u0161e\u0107er jer se on brzo navla\u017ei od vina, pa se vi\u0161e ne prima za kola\u010di\u0107e.
