Danas se u njima mo\u017ee u\u017eivati i \u010de\u0161\u0107e, a ono po \u010demu se izdvajaju su oblik polumjeseca, fini nadjev od badema i aromatiziranje tek pe\u010denih rafiola premazom od rakije i kristal \u0161e\u0107era.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Za tijesto:<\/h4>\n<p>700 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n\u00bd vre\u0107ice pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n200 g maslaca<br \/>\n3 jaja<br \/>\n2 \u017eumanjka<br \/>\n60 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice soli<br \/>\n75 ml mlijeka<\/p>\n<h4>Za nadjev:<\/h4>\n<p>3 jaja<br \/>\n150 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n300 g badema<br \/>\nnaribana limunova korica<br \/>\n2 \u017elice likera maraskina<br \/>\n1 \u017elica rakije<br \/>\n\u00bc \u017eli\u010dice mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice cimeta<\/p>\n<h4>Za premazivanje:<\/h4>\n<p>100 ml rakije lozova\u010de<br \/>\nkristal \u0161e\u0107er<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>U bra\u0161no umije\u0161ajte pra\u0161ak za pecivo, listi\u0107e maslaca, dodajte jaja, \u017eumanjke, \u0161e\u0107er i sol, pa umijesite \u010dvrsto tijesto. Tijekom mije\u0161anja tijesta postepeno dodajte mlijeko. Ostavite ga u hladnjaku oko sat vremena.<\/p>\n<p>Za nadjev pjenasto izmije\u0161ajte jaja sa \u0161e\u0107erom, dodajte mljevene bademe, limunovu koricu, maraskino, rakiju, mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107 i cimet.<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto premijesite i tanko razvaljajte izme\u0111u dvije plasti\u010dne folije. \u010ca\u0161om izre\u017eite okrugle oblike i na svaki stavite po \u017eli\u010dicu nadjeva. Preklopite tijesto tako da dobijete polumjesec i zatim tijesto dobro utisnite pobra\u0161njenom vilicom.
