Upotpunite ga s doma\u0107im kukuruznim kruhom.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>150 g graha zelen\u010deca<br \/>\n400 g su\u0161enih rebara<br \/>\n250 g je\u010dmene ka\u0161e<br \/>\nsol<br \/>\n3 \u017elice ulja<br \/>\n50 g luka<br \/>\n2 mrkve<br \/>\n1 per\u0161inov korijen<br \/>\n50 g celerova korijena<br \/>\nlovorov list<br \/>\npapar<br \/>\n1 \u017elica koncentrata raj\u010dice<br \/>\n1 \u017elica o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica vinskog octa<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Grah namo\u010dite preko no\u0107i. Su\u0161ena rebra nare\u017eite na manje komade. Stavite ih zasebno kuhati, s time da grah malo posolite. Nakon \u0161to voda provrije, prvu vodu bacite, stavite drugu vodu i nastavite dalje kuhati dok grah i su\u0161ena rebra ne omek\u0161aju. U tre\u0107oj posudi skuhajte je\u010dmenu ka\u0161u uz dodatak malo soli.<\/p>\n<p>O\u010distite luk i korjenasto povr\u0107e, pa ih nare\u017eite na kockice. U dubljoj posudi na ulju popecite luk, mrkvu, per\u0161in i celer. Podlijte s malo vode i pirjajte dok povr\u0107e ne omek\u0161a. Dodajte skuhani grah i je\u010dmenu ka\u0161u te dolijte vode toliko da ri\u010det ostane gust. Posolite, popaprite i dodajte lovorov list. Kratko prokuhajte, dodajte koncentrat raj\u010dice i bra\u0161no koje ste razmutili u malo vode. Na kraju dodajte kuhano su\u0161eno meso koje ste narezali na manje komade.
