Sastojci koji su se nekad imali kod ku\u0107e \u010dine zanimljivu okusnu cjelinu koju vrijedi probati.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1 patka (oko 3,5 kg)<br \/>\n2 \u017elice soli<br \/>\n200 g heljdine ka\u0161e<br \/>\n100 g masti<br \/>\n1 glavica luka<br \/>\npa\u010dje iznutrice (jetrica, srce, \u017eeludac)<br \/>\npapar<br \/>\n2 \u017elice nasjeckanog per\u0161ina<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Patku o\u010distite, operite i posu\u0161ite pa je posolite izvana i\u00a0 iznutra.<br \/>\nO\u010distite ka\u0161u, operite je u puno mlake vode, napola je skuhajte u slanoj vodi i ocijedite.<\/p>\n<p>Na 40 g rastopljene masno\u0107e pirjajte nasjeckani luk i narezane iznutrice, dodajte ocije\u0111enu ka\u0161u i popaprite. Temeljito promije\u0161ajte, maknite s vatre i pospite nasjeckanim per\u0161inom.<\/p>\n<p>Patku napunite pripremljenim nadjevom i stavite u pleh. Prelijte je zagrijanom masno\u0107om. Pecite je prekrivenu aluminijskom folijom prvo sat vremena na temperaturi od 220\u00b0C. Zatim maknite foliju, temperaturu smanjite na 200\u00b0C i pecite 15 minuta. Zatim smanjite na 180\u00b0C i pecite jo\u0161 75 minuta.
