Grenadir mar\u0161 je bilo jelo koje se u njenoj obitelji jelo ponedjeljkom uz salatu ili pe\u010denje od nedjelje. Ovako na zagreba\u010dki na\u010din pripremala ga je njena omama (baka).<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Za \u017eli\u010dnjake:<\/h4>\n<p>120 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n\u00bc \u017eli\u010dice pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice soli<br \/>\n150 ml mlake vode<\/p>\n<h4>Za krumpir:<\/h4>\n<p>500 g krumpira<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice soli<br \/>\n8-10 \u017elica ulja<\/p>\n<h4>Za luk:<\/h4>\n<p>2 manja luka<br \/>\n3 \u017elice ulja<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Bra\u0161no pomije\u0161ajte s pra\u0161kom za pecivo i soli. Uz postepeno dodavanje vode izmije\u0161ajte sastojke, a onda ih kuha\u010dom tucite dok ne dobijete glatko tijesto. Ostavite da odstoji oko 30 minuta.<br \/>\nZagrijte ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu posoljene vode pa \u017eli\u010dicom oblikujte \u017eli\u010dnjake i stavljajte ih u kipu\u0107u vodu. Kuhajte oko 10-ak minuta na laganoj vatri, a zatim ih ocijedite.<\/p>\n<p>Krumpir ogulite i nare\u017eite na kocke. Skuhajte ga u posoljenoj vodi. Usitnite ga u pire i postepeno mu, uz neprestano mije\u0161anje, dodajte ulje kako biste dobili glatku smjesu.<\/p>\n<p>Luk o\u010distite i sitno nasjeckajte.
