U kombinaciji s pe\u010denim krumpirom i zelenom salatom zaokru\u017een su obrok.<!--more-->[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>8 svinjskih kotleta<br \/>\nsol<br \/>\npapar<br \/>\n60 g hrena<br \/>\n50 ml kiselog vrhnja<br \/>\n40 g maslaca<br \/>\n100 ml ulja za pe\u010denje<\/p>\n<h4>Za paniranje:<\/h4>\n<p>80 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n3 jaja<br \/>\nsol<br \/>\n80 g kru\u0161nih mrvica<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Kotlete zare\u017eite po rubovima i istucite batom. Posolite ih i popaprite.<\/p>\n<p>Izmije\u0161ajte naribani hren, kiselo vrhnje i malo soli pa tom mje\u0161avinom prema\u017eite jednu stranu kotleta.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon toga kotlete uvaljajte u bra\u0161no, razmu\u0107ena jaja, koja ste prethodno posolili, i kru\u0161ne mrvice.<\/p>\n<p>U tavi zagrijte ulje i maslac pa pecite kotlete na umjerenoj vatri s jedne i druge strane, i to najprije stranu koju ste premazali hrenom.
