Mo\u017eete ih poslu\u017eiti slane uz dodatak salate ili slatke posipane \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu s kompotom od jabuka.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>8-10 cvjetova bazge<br \/>\nulje za pr\u017eenje<\/p>\n<h4>Za pivsko tijesto:<\/h4>\n<p>250 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice soli<br \/>\n2 jaja<br \/>\n300 ml tamnog piva<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Cvjetove bazge operite i posu\u0161ite na stolnjaku.<\/p>\n<p>Odvojite \u017eumanjke od bjelanjaka. Dobro izmije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, sol i \u017eumanjke uz postepeno dodavanje piva dok ne dobijete glatko tijesto. Na kraju umije\u0161ajte snijeg od bjelanjaka i tijesto ostavite da odstoji 15-ak minuta.<\/p>\n<p>U \u0161irokoj i dubljoj posudi zagrijte ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu ulja. Umo\u010dite cvijet bazge u tijesto, vi\u0161ak tijesta odstranite, a cvijet prije uranjanja u ulje ra\u0161irite. Kratko pr\u017eite dok tijesto ne dobije sme\u0107kastu boju.<br \/>\n[\/two_third_last]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Poslu\u017eivanje<\/strong><br \/>\nOvako pr\u017eene bazgine cvjetove mo\u017eete poslu\u017eiti sa salatom ili ih posuti \u0161e\u0107erom pa poslu\u017eiti s kompotom.
