Jelo jednostavne pripreme, a bogato bojama.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>800 g povr\u0107a (mrkva, korabica, gra\u0161ak)<br \/>\n200 g krumpira<br \/>\n1 per\u0161in korijen<br \/>\n50 g luka<br \/>\n3 \u017elice ulja<br \/>\n1 \u017eli\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n30 g o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 \u017elica soli<br \/>\n1 \u017elica nasjeckanog per\u0161ina<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Povr\u0107e dobro operite i ogulite. Mrkvu, per\u0161in, korabicu i krumpir nare\u017eite na manje kocke, a gra\u0161ak o\u010distite. Luk o\u010distite i nare\u017eite na sitne kockice.<\/p>\n<p>Na ulju rastopite \u0161e\u0107er, dodajte nasjeckani luk i popecite ga da postane staklast. Zatim dodajte pripremljeno korjenasto povr\u0107e i krumpir pa pirjajte 20 minuta uz povremeno dodavanje vode.<\/p>\n<p>Zatim dodajte gra\u0161ak i pirjajte 10 minuta. Povr\u0107e pospite bra\u0161nom i posolite.
