Za gregadu ka\u017eu: to je brujet bez kvasine.<!--more--><br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1,2 kg ribe (osli\u0107, kokot, ugor)<br \/>\n150 g luka<br \/>\n800 g krumpira<br \/>\n150 ml maslinova ulja<br \/>\n3 \u017eli\u010dice soli<br \/>\n1,5 \u017eli\u010dica papra<br \/>\n4 re\u017enja \u010de\u0161njaka<br \/>\n3 \u017elice svje\u017ee nasjeckanog per\u0161ina<br \/>\nnekoliko gran\u010dica celerova lista<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>U \u0161iroki i dublji lonac sla\u017eite u 3 reda naizmjeni\u010dno o\u010di\u0161\u0107enu i na ve\u0107e komade narezanu ribu, narezani luk na kri\u0161ke, a krumpir na tanje plo\u0161ke. Svaki od redova posolite, popaprite, stavite cijeli neo\u010di\u0161\u0107eni re\u017eanj \u010de\u0161njaka, \u017elicu per\u0161ina i celer.<\/p>\n<p>Zalijte maslinovim uljem, vodom toliko da sve pokrije (umjesto dijela vode mo\u017eete staviti 250 ml bijelog vina) prst iznad sadr\u017eaja. Kad zakipi kuhajte na srednje jakoj vatri oko 20 minuta. Pri kuhanju jelo ne mije\u0161ajte, nego posudu povremeno protresite.
