Polaganje pe\u010denih srdela u marinadu od ulja, kvasine, luka, lovora i ru\u017emarina jedan je od na\u010dina. <!--more-->Tako pripremljena riba mo\u017ee stajati na hladnom mjestu do dva tjedna, a \u0161to ona du\u017ee stoji to je specifi\u010dan okus (savor) sve bolji ;).<br \/>\n[one_third]<\/p>\n<h4>Sastojci<\/h4>\n<p>1 kg srdela<br \/>\n50 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n400 ml maslinovog ulja<br \/>\n2 glavice luka<br \/>\n2 gran\u010dice ru\u017emarina<br \/>\n3 lista lovora<br \/>\n\u00bd \u017eli\u010dice papra u zrnu<br \/>\n1 \u017elica soli<br \/>\n200 ml vinskog octa (kvasine)<br \/>\n50 ml vode<br \/>\n[\/one_third]<br \/>\n[two_third_last]<\/p>\n<h4>Priprema<\/h4>\n<p>Srdele o\u010distite od ljusaka, odre\u017eite im glave, operite ih i posu\u0161ite. Uvaljajte ih u bra\u0161no i pecite s obje strane na 200 ml zagrijanog ulja.<\/p>\n<p>Na istom ulju kratko popecite luk nasjeckan na listi\u0107e, dodajte ru\u017emarin, lovorov list, papar u zrnu, sol, 100 ml octa i vode. Prokuhajte i prelijte preko pe\u010denih srdela.
